Our Consumer Vehicle Payments (CVP) team is driving the expansion of Corpay’s offerings from business payments into consumer payments, envisioning an all-in-one driver companion for every aspect of the journey. As a CVP Product Manager you will be expected to work in a virtual environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

What We Need
As a Product Manager on our CVP team, you will play a pivotal role in realizing our vision by bridging the gap between driver needs and product execution, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. You’ll have the unique opportunity to not only influence the experience of millions of customers directly but also drive initiatives that contribute to a more sustainable future. By focusing on eco-conscious solutions, such as electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and carbon footprint reduction measures, you will lead the charge in making our consumer vehicle payments ecosystem more environmentally friendly.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CVP product lead to articulate and refine the product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive superb execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with customers.
  • Oversee the entire app product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to ideation, user story creation, backlog prioritization, and frequent value delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in delivering world-class mobile apps, participating in all team ceremonies including standups, planning, review and retrospectives.
  • Translate user feedback into actionable product improvements and feature developments, employing a customer-centric approach.
  • Own and analyze analytics and success metrics, continuously improving and evolving tooling for data tracking where necessary.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Champion usability testing initiatives, collaborating with UX/UI designers and engineers to refine and validate features.
  • Stay informed about customer needs and motivations, driving continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams on go-to-market strategy and positioning.
  • Write and maintain excellent product documentation targeting all relevant stakeholders.
  • Embrace a continuous personal development mentality, seeking to learn and improve in line with current role and future development path.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of three years in a digital product management or similar role.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering and design, delivering products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Comfortable in both large organizations and fast-paced startups, with a track record of delivering value quickly.
  • Resilient with the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving industry, keeping the product team focused during shifts in priorities.
  • Passionate about customer experience and digital innovation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making and lean/agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tackling complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring team members and effectively negotiating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound commercial understanding, translating business objectives into actionable product strategies.
