Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The primary objective is to support our customers through our digital channels in a collaborative environment where the customer comes first, and their experience is at the forefront of every interaction.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
The primary responsibility of the role is to provide fantastic customer experience, for Performance Brands, while contributing to the excellent culture within the existing team.
As a Customer Service Representative reporting to our Operations Manager, you will work as part of a large team to process the daily operational needs of our internal and external customers
This is a broad service role which will require you to understand many parts of the business and footwear in general. The main tasks include (not limited to) answering calls and emails from multiple stakeholders (customers, store staff & internal staff), related to:
- Orders
- Returns – faulty product, credits, returns
- Freight tracking - consignment processing, freight investigation
- Complaints
- Product enquiries
- Stock enquiries
- Marketing promotions
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Secure customer service experience, preferably gained from the retail or wholesale industry
- A commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
