Cyber Compliance Team Lead

WANTED: I am looking to hire a Cyber Compliance team lead for my client. This is role is a mix of being hands on, leading a small team, and having experience with IT policies, ISO, and GRC.
This is a key hire for one of my core clients in Dublin. They are looking to hire a cyber professional to lead a team of 4 high performing cyber security experts. Key experience for this role would include lead or management experience, experience with IT policy review and development, and solid experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or baseline standards. FOR THIS ROLE:

• Previous leadership and management experience required to lead a team of IT Compliance Security & Risk Advisers
• Proven IT Policy review and development experience.
• Proven knowledge of frameworks; ISMS, ISO, NSIT
• Proven organisational skills with a high-level of confidence in interactions with external clients
• An organised approach to work and an ability to prioritise effectively in a busy and changing environment
• Knowledge of NIS 1 and NIS 2 European Directives
