This is a unique global opportunity to shape one of the most mature security awareness, behaviour and culture programs globally, and the team that has successfully brought together behavioural psychology and cyber security awareness. This role reports to the Head of Cyber Security Culture & Competence.
You will be responsible for developing our internal communication and content plan to increase cyber security awareness within our organization, as well as implementing agreed strategy by creating and sharing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a comprehensive content and communication strategy aligned with organizational goals and cyber security objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor content to address their specific needs and concerns.
  • Produce high-quality and engaging written content for our internal channels such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and reports on cyber security topics.
  • Develop engaging multimedia content including infographics, videos, podcasts, and webinars to convey complex cyber security concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Plan and execute cyber security awareness campaigns to educate employees, customers, and stakeholders about cyber threats and best practices.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content and awareness campaigns using metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
    Qualifications

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, execute, and evaluate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Previous experience on this in a global company is important to be successful in this role.
  • Proven experience on writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and navigating ambiguity to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.

This is a fulltime permanent position. The role is based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden and we have a hybrid work structure.
