Description:

Dear Experts,
Our customer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Officer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing security event and incident response activities, assessing security issues across diverse environments, and contributing to the development and maintenance of security-related processes. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity standards, technologies, and risk management principles.
Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in global network security monitoring and intrusion detection.
  • Respond to IT security incidents promptly, acting in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Drive and manage Vulnerability Management program.
  • Analyse risks accurately and contribute ideas for effective remediation strategies.
  • Participate in incident process documentation, metric reporting, and process automation.
  • Create and distribute cybersecurity technical reports to internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain security-related processes to enhance the overall cybersecurity posture.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security and risk management.
  • Thorough knowledge of cybersecurity standards and technologies.
  • Understanding the concepts of Incident Response. Exposure to SIEM technologies on an analyst level.
  • Knowledge of collecting data from a triage for identification of IOC’s & TTP’s
  • Operating various cyber security tooling, SIEM, SOAR, MDR, IPS, endpoint security, content filtering etc.
  • Proficiency in English and German language is necessary.
