Then we are looking for you as a competent Cyber Security Product Manager (m/f/d) for one of our automotive customers in Frankfurt am Main.
This opportunity is currently available as part of a temporary employment contract (with the option of being taken on) at the earliest possible date.
YOUR SKILLS
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security or related disciplines
- Several years of work experience in information security, program/project management, or similar
- Deep knowledge in data analytics (gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data)
- Expert-knowledge in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security, as well as platforms
- Familiarity/experience with compliance programs and standards such as ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155, GDPR
- Cryptographic and communication protocol know-how
- Experience in driving security projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining and improving end-to-end processes
- Profound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills towards all kinds of stakeholders and ability to motivate and inspire others
Responsibilities:
- Manage security projects, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery
- Assist security project stakeholders in achieving security design and architecture requirements and communicate residual risk status to the appropriate party
- Drive cross-project efforts, define well-considered objectives and metrics, and collect and analyze data to guide decision-making and affect change
- Communicate successfully within the project team and with security leadership
- Develop and guide deployment plans and communication with direct stakeholders
- Maintain a working knowledge database of cybersecurity principles and elements
- Coordinate between different security project teams and set clear expectations about responsibilities
- Develop repeatable, scalable, efficient, and effective processes and provide insights and suggestions to improving security
- Collaborate on strategy and direction with organizational stakeholders
- Assist defining business requirements and roadmaps in alignment with the overall security strategy
