SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Cyber Security SME to work in SOC and Vulnerability management
Location: Sydney, Australia
Salary Range: 134,564 AUD- 141,157 AUD (Annual Gross)

Skill/Competency Requirements:

• Establish and implement practices for the monitoring of information systems’ logical and physical security to minimise the risk of equipment and data loss, theft, or tampering
• Develop, implement, and maintain the organisation’s security architecture to provide an effective platform to protect the organisations assets
• Undertake investigations and report on security breaches and incidents to guide the refinement of practices and processes and reduce the likelihood and impact of security related incidents
• Perform regular security reviews and compliance testing to ensure adherence to adopted security standards Extensive experience (8+ years) in an Information Security position in a comparative organisation with significan

experience in a security management position.

• Experience with technology and security related best practice frameworks such as ITIL and ISO27001.
• Extensive working experience and practical understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the Australian regulatory environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in financial and banking secto

Work towards production support environment for SOC Scope of work. Would be taking care of day to day production support tasks, Ability to work with business stakeholders, Architect, Infrastructure team, Application team and other Operations Team handling and resolving production issues and incidents. Ability to contribute to enhancement scope of work and executing changes from development to production environment following change management processes defined by customer. Take initiative to problem solve with positive attitude towards feedback from team for improvements.
