Description:
Key Responsibility Areas
» Drive and oversee the delivery of key security tools, capabilities and controls across the organisation to ensure they remain effective and to balance security with business
benefit.
» Operationalising of various Identity and Access Management and Governance Solutions
» Implement and operationalise data protection solutions of Microsoft Purview family.
» Design and implement endpoint DLP solutions.
» Design and implement Vulnerability Management solutions.
» Coordinate, triage and track the completion of findings for vulnerability assessments and
security testing.
» Collaborate with the business on change initiatives/projects to ensure effective identification and management of information security impacts.
» Conduct thorough security assessments and vulnerability management.
» Lead initiatives for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across the team.
Qualifications and Experience
» Cyber Security Knowledge: in-depth understanding of cyber security principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management frameworks.
» 3+ years proven working experience in deploying Microsoft Identity and Access Management and Governance Solutions (e.g. Microsoft Entra (a.k.a. Azure Active Directory), Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID Conditional Access, Microsoft Entra ID Governance).
» Hand-on experience on implementing access management solutions including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Federated Access, Cloud Access Secure Broker (CASB).
» Proven working experience on implementing Microsoft Identity and Access Management Governance Solutions for large scale organization with various user roles (Staff, Contractor, Vendor).
» Proven working experience on implementing Microsoft Purview Suite for large scale organization with over 1500 users.
» Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Defender Suites, SIEM Solutions and Microsoft E5 Security suite.
» Understanding security compliance frameworks, regulations (and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, VPDSF, NIST, Essential 8 etc.) to ensure adherence to security requirements.
» Proven working experience on implementing Essential 8 mitigation strategies, in particular mitigation strategy on restricting administrative privileges and multi-factor authentication.
» Experience in Cloud technology and Microsoft technologies including Azure.
» Ability to recognise and understand patterns, trends and connections between situations to develop new and innovative approaches to complex problems.
» Demonstrated commitment to collaboration and consultation, ensuring cross functional cooperation to achieve high quality outcomes.
» Demonstrated ability to work and deliver at a pace and adaptability to changing situations.
» Strong oral and written communication skills.
