Description:

Oliver James are mandated by their specialist cyber security client to assist in the recruitment of a Cyber Security Consulting Director with a specialism within Threat Intelligence & Incident & Response.
This is a London-centric role (hybrid working arrangements) which requires the successful Director to network, win, assess and advise pan-industry boards on their cyber posture and preparedness against major cyber incidents and response capability.

You will likely already:

Be an established UK Cyber Consulting Director

  • Carry an established client network at c-suite level
  • An SME within Cyber Security: specifically within cyber threat intelligence, incident & response and preparedness against attack.
  • Have an enviable track record of working on high profile breaches within the UK and be a seasoned advisor against significant attacks.
  • Be an energetic leader; thriving under pressure in high-profile events.
  • Enthused by the opportunity to join a growing cyber security practice with the prospect of promotion to partnership.
  • Accustomed to designing and implementing improvements clients detection tooling;
  • Be familiar in setting roadmaps for future implementation of targeted improvements to increase cost to the attacker.
  • Be aware and familiar in assessing organisations’ ability to detect and respond to cyber-attacks;
  • Carry deep understanding re: organisations’ vulnerability to specific cyber security threats.
  • Be familiar in developing, enhancing and refining clients’ capability of incident response services in line with market trends, emerging threats, or opportunities for innovation or market disruption;
