JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supporting sales team in determining security requirement by evaluating business/ customer requirements Responsible to provide pre-sales consulting for:

• Perimeter Defence
• Network Access Control
• Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solution
• EDR, NDR, and XDR platform
• Cloud protection (especially on Microsoft Azure)
• Firewall management
• Vulnerability Assessment tool
• Network Visibility solution
• Web Application Protection
• Database Monitoring
• Web proxy and Email security

Incumbent will also responsible to taking customer’s technical, financial, and business requirement into consideration in order to recommend optimal configuration or solution and also deliver presentation, proposals, included with bill of material as result. You will also work closely with sales and marketing team to increase the adoption of cybersecurity solutions to customer through marketing campaigns, customer meetings, community building, and actively involved in executing Go-To-Market strategy for cybersecurity technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong foundation on network / infrastructure and related security solutions.
CCNA / CCNP or equivalent network certification is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge and experience on the following products

• Next generation firewall solution (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortigate)
• HPE Aruba ClearPass
• Cisco Security (Firepower, WSA & ESA, Identity Service Engine, Duo, Umbrella, Secure Access)
• Zscaler or equivalent Secure Service Edge (SSE) solution
• Crowdstrike or equivalent Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) & XDR solution
• Cyberark or equivalent Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
• Gigamon or equivalent network visibility platform solution
• RSA SecurID or equivalent multi-factor authentication solution
• Algosec or equivalent firewall rule management solution
• Microsoft security solution (especially Defender & Sentinel) solution
• Cloud workload protection (CWP), such as VMWare NSX-T.
• IBM QRadar or equivalent SIEM solution

Strong foundation in solution presentation and proposal writing.
Able to manage, and communicate with internal & external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and business in the cybersecurity field.

Knowledge in following products is a plus point

• Mobile application management (MDM/MAM) solution, such as Intune
• Network detection and response solution, such as Extrahop.
• Tenable or equivalent vulnerability management solution
• Imperva or equivalent WAAP (web application & API protection) solution

Knowledge in infrastructure automation is a plus point
Knowledge in Linux is a plus point
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to translate business challenges into technical solution.
Must be able to work independently and self-driven
