JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performs middle tier administration and operational support for enterprise middle tier solutions and services on the Active Directory infrastructure.
• Configures and maintains the enterprise infrastructure to enable user access to IHC Health Services, Inc.’s data and network including system availability, performance tuning, configuration and installation of solutions and improvements.
• Maintains security, servers and systems and troubleshoots software and system technical issues.
• Utilizes Java, SQL and PowerShell scripting languages to create, delete and manage data objects in the Active Directory infrastructure including configuring user, group and service accounts.
• Supports and assists in the management of internal Domain Name System (DNS).
• Implements automation for provisioning, management and monitoring of Windows Domain Control and Active Directory Infrastructure.
• Installs new software releases and schedules and performs system improvements and upgrades.
• Configures users, groups, group policy objects, service accounts, application layer services and other objects in coordination with developer teams.
• Performs application tests and communicates test progress, results and other relevant information to application managers.
• Configures and monitors internal SSL Certificates.
• Allocates Office 365 licenses and trouble shoots sync issues in Azure Active Directory.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation on critical processes and standards.
  Position may telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Hawaii.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
• Knowledge of Windows Authentication, Windows Servers, System Center Configuration Manager, WMware, and Kerberos
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure PIM, and Azure App Registration
• Knowledge of PowerShell and SQL
• Knowledge of Service Now and Jira
• Knowledge of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and xymon
• Knowledge of Distributed File System
  Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testing/screening and background checks.
  Salary (Annual): $75,000.00 – $85,000.00
  Work Location: 4646 Lake Park Blvd., West Valley City, UT 84120, position may also telecommute from any state in the United States except California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Hawaii.
  Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
