ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Liverpool Hospital Cyclotron Facility is seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a cyclotron engineer. A strong background in pharmaceutical production facility and or biomedical equipment maintenance will be highly regarded. Hands on experience with the maintenance, repair and operation of cyclotrons or other particle accelerator systems will be highly regarded but is not essential for the role.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the core cyclotron team ensuring the LHCF operates as a high reliability service. They will be responsible for planning and undertaking routine and corrective maintenance on equipment and the facility, engage in routine production activities and lead engineering projects to improve and advance the LHCF.
The successful candidate will be provided with world class training in cyclotron service and maintenance, cyclotron operation, radiopharmaceutical facility maintenance, radiopharmaceutical production, cGRRP, GLP and cGMP.
