Description:
Under the supervision of senior members of the Peer Support Team and registered mental health practitioners, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary community mental health service for children and young people. You will do this through providing emotional and practical support to parent/carers supporting their child through CYP mental health services, improving families experience of care and engagement in treatment. Alongside supporting parent/carers directly, peer support workers engage parent/carers in participation opportunities and projects to help ensure CYP services are responsive to the needs and feedback of parent/carers
