Description:
Our client is looking for a Cypress UI Expert Test Developer. This is a long term contract role that is fully remote.
Must Have:
- University Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading or assisting with the automation of UI tests for a data entry Web application using Cypress.
- 3+ years of experience documenting and communicating how to repeat bugs so that anyone on the team can easily reproduce.
- 3+ years of experience creating regressive test cases in an Agile environment.
Nice to have:
- Manual exploratory testing
- Understanding of basic relational database design
- Experience with automated UI testing (native mobile iOS/Android applications)
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team
- Experience using Microsoft Dev Ops to track work
The Role:
As a member of the Development Team, you’ll use Cypress to automate existing regressive test cases, or to help build regressive tests to automate later. You’ll be testing cloud based commercially available Web software:
