Application Specialist (D365 CE/CRM) - Copenhagen
A large media house in Copenhagen are about to move their on prem Dynamics CRM to D365 CE and need a specialist to assist their tech lead in the migration. They are one of Scandinavia’s largest media companies and have a highly innovative IT department consisting of 100 employees across the group, they are constantly looking for new ways to improve their set up.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Help and support business customers and superusers with operational application issues.
  • Timely and proactive incident fixing and testing.
  • Work with business and superusers to define and deliver change requests.
  • Proactively maintain and optimise the application.
  • Work with IT colleagues to make sure business processes work across applications and data is shared correctly.
  • Become expert in the applications, software, data and business context.

Key Skills needed:

  • Good Experience as a specialist working with Dynamics CRM (D365 CE is beneficial)
  • Experience with C#/.Net - being able to do smaller coding tasks and read code is preferred
  • JIRA and DevOps Experience
  • Excellent communication skills - English and a Scandinavian language
