As a D365 CE Technical Lead, you’ll be considered a learned professional who applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanadedelivery technical teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Further, you are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience leading others. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems, and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a boardroom as in front of a whiteboard with your development team. What you’ll do
- Engage with client technical and business stakeholders demonstrating excellent communication skills and ability to adapt message for the audience.
- Design and enable conceptual technical architecture and solutions that leverage D365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Work closely with solution and enterprise architects to deliver optimal MSFT ecosystem solutions to our clients.
- Lead Avanade Delivery Technical team members in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
- Lead technical technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery.
- Lead and review your team’s work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)
- Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of client concerns.
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test the quality of projects
- Improve your clients’ business by identifying potential challenges and supporting continuous improvement through their CRM syste
