EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Enterprise Structures: Knowledge of legal entities and hierarchies within D365.
- Report to Record: Proficiency in GL, revaluation, Management Reporter, and Power BI.
- Cash and Banks: Experience with integration with AMC Banking and related processes.
- Quote to Cash: Understanding of Accounts Receivable, credit, collections, procurement, and related workflows.
- Workspaces: Ability to modify and manage security settings within workspaces.
- Data Entities: Familiarity with templates for configuration, data migrations, interfaces, and Power BI.
- Interfaces to CE: Experience in integrating D365 with Customer Engagement (CE) systems.
- Fit-Gap Analysis: Conducting fit-gap analysis to identify system customization needs.
- Project Experience: Hands-on involvement in projects related to General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Customization: Configure, customize, and maintain D365 systems to meet business requirements.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Assist in designing and implementing new D365 solutions and workflows.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of D365.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve D365 related issues, escalating to the IT team when necessary.
- Data Migration and Integration: Lead data migration and integration efforts of D365 with other systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Provide regular updates and reports on D365 performance and usage.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Work closely with the IT team to ensure D365 compliance with Microsoft & company standards and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to the D365 system and processes.
