Responsibilities :
The D365 LA Key User is the “go to” person for all questions and issues relating to Dynamics 365 (D365), Experlogix (CPQ – Configure, Price, Quote), PowerBi Sales Dashboard, connected applications, and key sales and business processes. They will act as the intermediary between Sales Reps, Sales Operations, Sales Processes, and IT organizations. Ultimately, the role drives efficiency and productivity in the sales teams through system utilization and process improvement. This role requires a self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities and high customer service. The key user will need to have expertise in D365, prior experience in a service or support role, and a strong understanding of sales business processes. The ability to present and deliver training to sales teams is essential.
