Description:
Location: UK Head Office – St James Park
We are looking for a MS Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our D365 delivery Team in London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of support and maintenance of the group’s Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP environment, ensuring internal stakeholders needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provide end-user support for business system-related support tickets and triage cases for escalation to the 3rd party service provider.
- Collaborate with business key users to support system configuration, data setup, and maintenance activities.
- Document business requirements and capture requests for changes and enhancements.
- Offer guidance and training to end-users as needed, contributing to the preparation of user guides for training and issue resolution.
- Support delivery activities by creating necessary change control documents and testing changes before deployment. Assist technical teams in D365 system analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Participate in data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Computer System Validation guidelines.
