DALLAS FAMILY IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER

OVERVIEW:

DALLAS, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - Central Dallas in the Lakewood area is seeking a FULL-TIME NANNY/HOUSEHOLD MANAGER. The family has 3 boys ages 11, 9, and 4 years old. Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6:30 pm. Could be more flexible with hours in the fall. Flexibility for date nights and weekends. Both parents work from home at this time.
Duties include taking them to and from activities, healthy meal prep, family’s laundry, dishes, clearing counters at the end of the day, general upkeep and organization of the main areas of the house, cleaning out fridge pantry as needed, grocery shopping, handling returns as needed, occasionally organizing kids clothes, saving kids artwork, donating toys, household reset (generally when the family is on vacation). The family has a housekeeper who comes 3 days a week, so there is significant reinforcement in keeping the house clean.
The perfect candidate would love organization and a passion for keeping the home working smoothly. Working with the boys to coach them on picking them up after themselves. Candidates should understand positive discipline and help align with the parent’s philosophy.
There is 1 dog in the home, 12 year old. The nanny should be comfortable using their own vehicle, the family will reimbursed for mileage used while working.
Benefits include 2 weeks PTO + Paid Holidays + Paid Sick Leave. Family would prefer candidates who are fully vaccinated including Flu and Covid. Start date is before August. Pay is $25-30/hr gross via payroll based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study
CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver’s license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Targeted Annual Gross Salary (Min): USD $25.00/Hr. Targeted Annual Gross Salary (Max): USD $30.00/Hr. Number of Hours Per Week: 4
