We are looking for a new colleague to join the Finnish Data Management team in August 2024. As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for processing information about companies and individuals coming from the authorities and other suppliers in accordance with the agreed processing rules. You will belong to the functional unit Data & Analytics and report to the Manager, Data Management FI.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Recording data according to target time schedules
  • Quality control of stored data
  • Develop own and team’s work processes
  • Testing database changes
  • Investigation of data errors
  • Support internal and external customers in database information
  • Identify automation opportunities in the processes

RELEVANT BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in the role as Data Administrator, you have a theoretical understanding of databases, AI and automation either from your education or experience from this type of a role. You know how to use Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) for documentation. We will of course also provide you with extensive onboarding and support from your brilliant colleagues.
We put great emphasis in personal characteristics in our recruitments. You enjoy both working alone and together with the team and can interact professionally and confidently with colleagues and customers. You take high responsibility for your own work and have good problem solving skills. We expect you to be customer-oriented, proactive and and have a can-do attitude.
We are looking for you with good oral and written communication skills in both Finnish and English. Our Data & Analytics function is Nordic and our company language is English, whereas our many of customers and the data we receive is in Finnish.
