Job Title: Data Administrator
Based: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Reporting to: Data Manager
Contract: Fixed Term Contrct
Purpose: To assist in managing depot stock levels of fuel, parts, tools, equipment, office supplies, collection and distribution of stock from suppliers.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Operating the engineering stock control system.
- Conduct routine stock counts and audit to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Co-ordinate with stock controllers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Generate reports on stock levels, adjustments, and variance for review.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize stock management processes.
- Generate reports and undertake stock data analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of engineering data.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to gather, update and distribute engineering data as required.
- Responsibility in managing, participating, and complying with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
GENERAL SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that you and any guests to any company premises understand emergency and evacuation arrangements.
