Nextant is looking for a driven Data Analyst 3 to join our client team. The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database apply knowledge of database management systems

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7 years of experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
• Experience using adobe, Tealium and tag manager tools (digital analytics tools) 5+ YOE
• Social media tags and campaign tags 5+ YOE
• Experience providing optimization recommendations regarding content and campaign analysis 5+ YOE
• Experience with database technologies
• Knowledge of the ETL process
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated history of success
• Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions (manage marketing partner portal and conduct digital analysis/optimization recommendations)
• Must have experience using Tealium products (IQ, EventDB) and Adobe Analytics product suite (Experience Manager, Test & Target, Adobe Campaign)
• Experience using other MarTech tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, MS Clarity, ComScore Survey Data, Marketo, and other email platforms
• Familiar with tagging debugging tools to help validate if tags are firing as expected on pages and can provide feedback and recommendations to Implementation Engineer.
• Must have experience performing website, demand gen, and campaign analysis to be able to provide optimization recommendations (campaign landing pages, CTAs, demand gen strategies, A/B tests)
• Must have strategic, thought leadership when gathering business requirements to translate them into technical and implementation requirements for engineering teams

• Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
• Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
• Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
• Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
