Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- years of experience in data analysis or related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Certification in data analytics or related area (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
- Knowledge of industry-specific data analysis techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze data using statistical methods, data mining techniques, and visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data dictionaries to support data analysis and reporting activities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer business questions and solve problems.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, and implement data quality controls and best practices.
- Stay current with data analytics technologies and best practices to continuously improve data analysis capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end users on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
