Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offer analysis and reporting for operational performance indicators and find areas for improvement.
  • Work with process owners to improve identified areas.
  • Evaluate operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support the operation by offering training & advice.
  • Provide support to UK Hubs and Gateways to maintain global standards.
  • Analyse scanning compliance at UK Hubs and Gateways and share findings for any actions.
  • Create reports for functions to improve performance in key areas.
  • Analyse failed shipments at UK Hubs and Gateways and generate reports on the failures.
  • Involvement with ad-hoc projects as and when required.
  • All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.

YOU’LL BRING TO THIS ROLE:

  • GCSE (or equivalent UK Level 2 qualifications) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. Evidence of certificates must be provided.
  • Strong Numeracy skills and IT knowledge.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to work off own initiative.
  • Problem solving abilities and analytical skills with creative and logical thinking.
  • A safety first attitude.
  • You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required.
