Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Offer analysis and reporting for operational performance indicators and find areas for improvement.
- Work with process owners to improve identified areas.
- Evaluate operational processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support the operation by offering training & advice.
- Provide support to UK Hubs and Gateways to maintain global standards.
- Analyse scanning compliance at UK Hubs and Gateways and share findings for any actions.
- Create reports for functions to improve performance in key areas.
- Analyse failed shipments at UK Hubs and Gateways and generate reports on the failures.
- Involvement with ad-hoc projects as and when required.
- All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.
YOU’LL BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- GCSE (or equivalent UK Level 2 qualifications) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. Evidence of certificates must be provided.
- Strong Numeracy skills and IT knowledge.
- Confident communication skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to work off own initiative.
- Problem solving abilities and analytical skills with creative and logical thinking.
- A safety first attitude.
- You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required.
