Description:
For our Financial Analysis team, we are seeking 3 individuals for the role of Data Analysts & Business Integration.
Each will support a specific business area with their analytical expertise. We’re currently looking for people to support:
1. Project Management and Digital team: Participate in management processes, support digital initiatives.
2. Portfolio team: Participate in product marketing initiatives, analyze marketing research reports.
3. Consumer Insights (CX): Support the Consumer Insights department by analyzing consumer experience reports.
Our team is divided into front-end (translates business needs into analytical questions) and back-end (conducting analyses and visualizing data).
We work using Agile methodology - Kanban (front) and Scrum (back).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in analytical or business-related positions
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Practical knowledge of SQL, Snowflake and Excel
- Familiarity with PowerBI
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level, along with fluent Polish
- Nice to have: Experience and/or certification in Agile/Kanban methodology. If you haven’t worked in such an environment before, don’t worry — we’ll guide you through the process!
- Nice to have: Experience in Consumer Experience (CX) / PMO / Digital / Portfolio Management
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between key business users (PMO & Digital / CX / Portfolio & Marketing) and the backend analytical team
- Conduct quality data analysis and create new dashboards using PowerBI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business context, needs, objectives, and KPIs - Propose tailored analytics solutions that address their specific pain points
- Translate business problems into well-defined analytics questions
- Provide analytical solutions that empower key users to make informed decisions. Translate complex data into actionable insights aligned with strategic market priorities and KPIs
- Work closely with backend analysts to ensure their analyses and data align with key users’ requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end cycle, from solution proposal to outcome validation
- Work according to Kanban (Agile) methodology, maintaining demand, prioritization, and feedback in Jira (80% task registration)
