In the Data Intelligence department at CBRE, we are currently looking for a Data Analyst to leverage our product portfolio and to develop new data driven solutions to address new business challenges of our clients.

Responsibilities:

The real estate market is undergoing a significant and exciting change – driven by data and technology. The main focus of this position will be analyzing Real Estate data across all sectors. The role will establish a relationship with the local business lines as well as with the European Data Intelligence team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Taking a leading role on data driven projects under the Data Intelligence department.
  • Partner with other department teams on strategic data initiatives.
  • Develop and implement web scraping, data mining and text mining processes to automate the collection of a wide range of data that feeds the research databases
  • Automate manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available ETL and dashboarding solutions
  • Design and build machine learning models; build and deploy predictive models.
  • Provide data-driven input into CBRE Thought Leadership agenda, identifying opportunities according to new trends and data analysis strategies
