JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our business development decisions through data analysis and insights. Your responsibilities will include monitoring key indicators, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with various business units to provide data analysis services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field in College of Science (COS).
• More than 1 year of experience in data analysis and the consumer finance industry, with a strong understanding of consumer finance risk control strategies.
• Solid foundation in mathematics and computer science, with a proactive attitude toward self-learning and research.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in working with databases, such as MYSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Hive, etc., including knowledge of database operations.
• Proficiency in at least one data analysis tool, such as SAS, R, SPSS, etc.
• Proficiency in one or several programming languages, such as Python.

• Understand the consumer finance business thoroughly and provide data analysis and insights to the team, aiding in decision-making for business development.
• Monitor and track key indicators of the consumer finance business consistently, analyzing any unusual fluctuations and identifying potential issues.
• Foster effective communication channels with business units and offer data analysis services.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of risk control platforms, and actively participate in the establishment, deployment, and monitoring of credit models and anti-fraud rules.
• Engage in data mining and various modeling tasks, including feature extraction, integrated algorithms (e.g., GBDT, XGBoost), neural networks, and facilitate the implementation and application of data mining and modeling techniques in the consumer finance business.
