As a Data Analyst/Collection Specialist in our Research Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous collection and analysis of data from our clinic’s database. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our research projects by providing the necessary data to drive insights and innovations. This position requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of data privacy and ethics in a healthcare context. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the continuous collection, validation, and analysis of relevant data from our clinic’s database. This role is critical in supporting our research objectives by providing high-quality data that is integral to our study’s success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Extraction: Regularly collect and extract data from the clinic’s database, ensuring that the information is relevant, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Data Management: Organize and manage data in a manner that is easily accessible and understandable to team members. Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that summarize findings and data collection processes. Document methodologies, criteria, and findings for future reference. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve data collection and analysis methods to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of the data provided.Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all data collection and analysis activities adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations, including patient confidentiality and data protection

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and management, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws related to healthcare research.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and compelling manner
