Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Quality Assurance and Risk Management Branch is seeking dynamic people who have a keen interest in identifying risk for the department, providers, participants and program areas through undertaking quality assurance activities. Working as a team you would identify potential areas of concerns through the analysis of data and make recommendations for continual improvement.
We have multiple roles available across our branch, each with specific duties and responsibilities. Outlined below are the available roles and the requisite duties associated with the roles. Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing employment services data to identify non-compliant or aberrant behaviours.
  • Researching market behaviour to develop and enrich risk indicators of non-compliance.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to develop measures and build dashboards to enable program risk monitoring.
  • Design and build surveys to gather data and intelligence

Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing employment services data to identify non-compliant or aberrant behaviours and using this data to inform processes and policy, and advise senior leadership.
  • Using market behaviour research to identify potential risk areas and develop risk indicators of non-compliance.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop measures.
  • Lead and inform the development of dashboards to enable program risk monitoring.
  • Interpret surveys data to produce intelligence reports
