Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
The Quality Assurance and Risk Management Branch is seeking dynamic people who have a keen interest in identifying risk for the department, providers, participants and program areas through undertaking quality assurance activities. Working as a team you would identify potential areas of concerns through the analysis of data and make recommendations for continual improvement.

Responsibilities include:
- Analysing employment services data to identify non-compliant or aberrant behaviours.
- Researching market behaviour to develop and enrich risk indicators of non-compliance.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to develop measures and build dashboards to enable program risk monitoring.
- Design and build surveys to gather data and intelligence
Responsibilities include:
- Analysing employment services data to identify non-compliant or aberrant behaviours and using this data to inform processes and policy, and advise senior leadership.
- Using market behaviour research to identify potential risk areas and develop risk indicators of non-compliance.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop measures.
- Lead and inform the development of dashboards to enable program risk monitoring.
- Interpret surveys data to produce intelligence reports
