If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the APAC Analytics and Web Experience Team. This person
will help the APAC Marketing team to enhance their campaigns by using data to create actionable insights.
Supporting both online and offline campaigns, this role will create self-service tools and provide enablement to ensure the whole team knows and understands the numbers. A deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the full marketing funnel is essential to excel in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis and provide insights to enable Marketers to optimise their
campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate
them into data analysis solutions (from ad-hoc reports and self-service dashboards). Use Tableau or Looker studio to design and build easy-to-use dashboards, often
connecting multiple data sources. Present complex data to a broad audience, with varying levels of data literacy, in a
manner that is clear and actionable. Develop and automate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively
communicate findings and trends. Provide education and training to Marketers so they can self-service and understand our
various marketing metrics. Partner with the web experience team to design and measure digital experiments (AB
tests) based on user behaviours and UX research. Collaborate with stakeholders to create targets and provide forecasts for key
performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business initiatives
and solve complex problems.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to analyze
complex datasets.
Required Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Proficient in SQL (BigQuery/Snowflake) and working knowledge of Google analytics clickstream data. GA4 experience and Python would be advantageous. Hand-on experience with data and visualisation tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio. Commercial acumen, ideally around SaaS B2B Sales and Marketing data. Experience with A/B & multivariate testing, with knowledge of best-practices for measurement. Data cleaning and preparation using tools such as Tableau Prep. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of or experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud would be advantageous. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Join our team and be part of delivering impactful marketing initiatives through small-scale events.
