Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with data scientists, business partners and other team members to help Ford Customer Service and Ford/Lincoln dealers drive profitable growth and to maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire deep understanding of Ford Credit and Ford data and become the SME to help analytics & product teams ID the right data to answer the right business questions.
  • Lead the data investigation and discovery work with analytics & product teams to collect details and requirements for the data product development.
  • Build, maintain and monitor data product pipelines; fix recurring issues and deeper data problems.
  • Support the data requirements of the different analytics products - evaluate, explore and select the right data.
  • Provide visibility to Data Quality issues and work with the business owners to fix the issues - implement an Enterprise Data Governance model and actively promote the concept of data standardization, integration, fusion and quality
  • Work with technology team to model data, create data flow diagrams, load, and transform structured and unstructured data.
  • Build the Metadata model & Business Glossary by gathering information from multiple resources, business users, existing data sources, databases and other relevant documents and systems.
  • Actively engaging partners during the development cycle to gather feedback to enhance and integrate the product into existing systems or processes.
  • Scaling the product to offer solutions with a reasonable response time and to apply for various business cases.
