Description:

We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst specializing in reporting and analysis, with a strong foundation in financial data and proficiency in SQL. Experience with AWS Quicksight is a plus. Your work will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making within the Treasury department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and AWS Quicksight, focusing on accounts receivables data and financial performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and visualizations.
  • Perform data cleansing and transformation to ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in accounts receivables data to support strategic decisions and process improvements.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from finance leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in data analysis and visualization.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in finance or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with AWS Quicksight or similar data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and accounts receivables processes is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in front of computer terminal for majority of the day.
  • Noise level is usually moderate.
  • Some travel may be required.
