Our Fisher Healthcare business serves the lab diagnostics industry through its strong brands and commercial footprints over several years. We are at the forefront of growing our business and presence across the care continuum and the diagnostics space. We are seeking a well-rounded leader who can drive the market development effort strategically.
As a member of the Healthcare Marketing & Portfolio team, the Commercial & Portfolio Management Digital Analyst will drive operational agility and functional excellence. They will do this by aligning commercial, market development & portfolio objectives with our business strategy in mind.
This includes integration of customer data from salesforce, our portfolio offering, performance data, competitive intelligence to generate business insights, and advise strategy among other things. This person must lead projects from implementation through hypercare.
This person will have ownership in governance and management of our annual pricing strategy through analytics and insights. They will lead projects and build relevant relationships with internal and external collaborators, and further a culture that encourages innovation and agility.
They will demonstrate good communication and collaboration with multi-functional partners. This includes implementing portfolio, market development, and commercial projects and drive alignment on launch activities.
They will establish processes and handle demand management across commercial team. The candidate will lead plans for analytics capabilities within the business with a clear roadmap of data, insights, and recommendations.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with niche training in digital analytics.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of relevant data, portfolio, supply chain, and digital experience.
  • Proven understanding of digital programs including but not limited to the suite of Adobe platforms, Generative AI, Power BI, SQL, data ingestion and transformation solutions, Saleforce.com, or other enterprise CRMs, to name a few.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Analytical and data skills along with proven coordinate, analyze, and transform data into meaningful and actionable initiatives supporting business growth.
  • Strong strategic project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate sophisticated data. Familiarity with Agile methodology, and Six Sigma will be an advantage.
