We are seeking a seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst Intern, the successful candidate will assist in the coordination and management of ongoing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in project management, data analysis and logistics. The successful hire will gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and project management platform, Click-up
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Create data dashboards related to operations
  • Interpret data and provide actionable insights for management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct research and support the preparation of project documentation
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project materials
  • Attend project meetings and take detailed notes
  • Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards
  • Tracks and reports progress of the project
  • Organize and facilitate meetings related to the project
  • KPI setting and analysis for projects
