LUMENE has transitioned towards a more data-driven business model, and has recognized the significance of various data sources. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join LUMENE’s Business Controlling team in a new role, reinforcing the company’s technical data expertise and guiding the direction of data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the IT department and the integration manager, who is responsible for building the data warehouse, and your role is to ensure that the data will be utilized in a systematic and effective way to support LUMENE’s business. You will play a central role in refining, for example, SAP based data and e-commerce consumer data for the organization’s needs and bring the data and reporting into a visual and easily accessible format. You participate in the processing of external data, such as consumer data obtained from retailers, and contribute to the usage of data as part of market or competitor research. We also hope you have willingness to train internal stakeholders on how to handle and analyse data in an optimal way on Power BI.
You might be the person we are looking for if you have relevant experience with data in similar roles and a genuine enthusiasm to dive into practical data work. You are familiar with working independently, but you also enjoy collaborating with other stakeholders and business units.The key to success is the courage to present your own ideas for developing data-driven business and a readiness to innovate best practices. One of your main tools in this role will be PowerBI, and other technologies you will be using on a daily basis are SAP, Excel (and other MS Office tools), SQL, and Azure.
