We are looking for a proactive and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis, working with clients to identify and solve their business problems, educating more junior colleagues but especially bringing suggestions how data can better help our business.

• Perform exploratory data analysis on client data to assess data quality and suitability for specific use cases.
• Engage in discussions with clients to understand and effectively address their business problems.
• Design, build and test data ETL pipelines using a combination of pre-built components and custom scripts as required.
• Create and maintain project documentation alongside internal documentation as required.
• Develop scripts and create dashboards tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and suggest improvements for efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to optimise data processing and cleansing procedures.
• Provide occasional training to clients, partners or internal teams.
• You will mostly work on the CZ customers so you need to be fluent in Czech language but at same time you will use ENG on a daily basis as you are going to cooperate also with colleagues from other parts of the world.
