Description:
An opportunity has arisen to join the Experience Team as a Data Analyst for a period of 18 months. You will be joining a highly motivated and essential team.
To provide clinical audit support to a wide range of staff in line with the Clinical Governance and Patient and Staff Experience agenda.
To act as named contact for one or more clinical directorates and care localities and to support staff within these areas in developing clinical audit programmes relating to Patient and Staff Experience.
You will be primarily based at North Tyneside General Hospital, but may be required to travel to other sites across the Trust in line with your duties.
The post holder will provide high quality project, service and support to the Staff Experience team, including information analysis as well as undertaking reporting and analysis of information to the support the delivery of the programmes of work within the team.
The post holder will also provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support on a day to day basis to the team. This will include:
Responsibility for recording data, maintaining files and producing reports/presentations/spreadsheets
Ensuring invoices are authorised, coded, logged and passed to finance for payment
Providing general administrative support to the team, including managing electronic diaries of senior staff
Monitoring and order office equipment and consumables, arranging delivery and storage
Training of new staff in administrative duties
Any other duties and responsibilities as directed.

To provide a comprehensive and high level of support to the Patient Experience, Audit and Information Officer in order to manage the data to support the delivery of the patient experience programme across the Trust.
To provide a comprehensive administrative service on a day to day basis to the Patient Experience Team.
