JOB SUMMARY

• The Data Analyst will be an integral part to ensure that data in our CRM system related to leads, customers, leases and other processes is accurate and can be relied for effective reporting and management insights

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Any Bachelor’s degree in business, science or computing
• 4+ years’ work experience in a similar role

• Reconcile and validate Dynamics CRM data while comparing it against customer contracts, other document and other business provided sources to ensure that the single source of truth data is the CRM.
• Where necessary, update the relevant data in the Dynamics CRM while seeking approval & endorsement from relevant business users.
• Work in coordination with CRM technical teams to ensure bulk uploads of updated data can happen based on the required use cases.
• Collection and maintenance of customer associated documentation and associating them with relevant Dynamics CRM customer records.
• Ongoing analysis of operational data that includes Customer data, customer contracts data and associated documents.
• Creation and modelling of reports in coordination with relevant technical teams to assist data validation.
• Continuous collaboration with business and technical teams towards the goals of data accuracy, reliability and usability.
