Description:

It is an exciting time to join the Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization at HP. The Product Growth Analyst will support business growth and offers the opportunity to truly impact our business. If you enjoy building subscription businesses with direct relationships with consumers, this role will offer you the chance to do that at a global scale.
This position will be a member of the Service Analytics organization and work with a cross-functional team chartered with improving service engagement and driving product sales and subscription enrolments through multiple customer communications channels. They will be responsible for providing ongoing insights to product managers, as well as other business stakeholders.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, or Economics. Graduate degree preferred.
  • 7+ years experience with an emphasis on email and in-app campaigns and experiences in support of digital products.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Expert in BI tools and technologies such as Power BI, Looker, Thoughtspot, Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in SQL, familiarity with Python.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse solutions (Redshift, Databricks SQL).
  • Demonstrated expertise in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity with the ability to structure complex issues to drive insights. statistical and machine learning methods such as logistic regression, generalized linear models, decision trees, factor analysis, cluster analysis, etc.
  • Storyteller with proven record of delivering intuitive presentations of complex information and actionable insights to Senior Management, and/or to a heterogeneous audience.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, development of deep customer understanding, and customer empathy in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate across variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common business goals.

Per the Washington statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location, at the time of this posting, is $110,000 - $140,000. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable

Responsibilities:

  • Support growth initiatives and campaigns with experiment design, performance reporting, and development of customers insights.
  • Develop dashboards to support the delivery of key insights to key stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partnering with our customer engagement team, identify opportunities for driving subscriptions and product purchases.
  • Work closely with data engineering to build and launch data products that enable insights.
  • Deliver actionable insights and influence business decisions by synthesizing data from multiple sources (data warehouse, surveys, research). Contribute to the development of hypotheses, tests, and actions.
  • Create compelling stories with data and deliver succinct, persuasive presentations of insights to a variety of audiences including program teams and management.
  • Consistently identify new ways to leverage data and analysis in support of business goals.
  • Previous experience designing and A/B and multivariate tests and assessing campaign performance through a variety of communication channels including email, app, and text.
