We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic team based in our Head Office in Dublin 4. This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury hospitality while utilising your analytical and report writing skills to drive informed decision-making. Reporting directly to the CSRD Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data across our eight hotel properties. You will work closely with various departments to collate data from multiple sources, transform it into actionable insights, and create comprehensive regulatory reports.
The successful candidate will also make a significant impact as an important member of the CSRD Project Team monitoring and collating specific, relevant data across multiple business areas. You will be responsible for the preparation of the final published report, working directly with the CSRD Project Manager.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferable but not essential
  • General experience in data analysis, preferably in the context of sustainability or environmental management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for improvement
  • Previous experience in report writing with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information to diverse audiences effectively
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to quickly build respect across a broad spectrum of stakeholders and team members (at all levels) and to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and suppliers

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to the CSRD Project Team on all aspects of this important project including (but not limited to) data collection, analysis, interpretation, and report creation
  • Prepare reports for Executive Management on project plan updates on a regular basis, including action plans relating to multiple business areas and locations
  • Collate, clean, and analyse data from various sources, including but not limited to ESG, operational metrics, financial data, and market trends
  • Multi-disciplinary responsibility to keep abreast of new regulations, understand their impact on the business and work with various teams across the business, as required on appropriate changes required for existing internal policy documents, or at times support the team in the creation of these policy documents
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and organise relevant data efficiently
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to extract meaningful insights
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis and reporting
