Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a broad range of experience levels, including Senior and Lead level Data Analysts to join Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers(MS&B) Oklahoma City Data Analytics team supporting all of MS&B Engineering and adjacent functions.

The primary goal for the team is to provide real-time or near-real-time metrics, reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Capability Dashboards that significantly inform, influence and improve the speed and effectiveness of decision making for Engineering across all capabilities and at all levels. The lead is responsible to ensure the following:

• Positive, clear continuous communication of work status.
• Positive, healthy, relationship-based coordination with all stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to scope out KPIs/Dashboards/Reporting.
• Defined and maintained strategic plan for the application of data analytics in support of Engineering.
• Incorporation of cutting edge methodologies.
• The growth, depth and versatility of team members.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 5 or more years’ related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED SKILLS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

• 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with the following tools/data sources is highly recommended: CMPRO, ETAC, DM2000, DOORS, GOLD, MESCI and CXi at a minimum.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Senior Level:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years’ related work experience, Master+7 years’ related work experience, 13 years’ related work experience, etc.)
Lead Level:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years’ related work experience, Master+12 years’ related work experience, 18 years’ related work experience, etc.).
