  • Design, test, and implement scalable and cost-efficient analytics solutions.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Construct, compile, and maintain efficient relational databases.
  • Capture, digitize, and review open file data for analysis.
  • Manage and integrate large datasets, ensuring readiness for detailed analysis.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies for efficient data management and analysis.
  • Modelling and Analytics Development:
  • Design robust data models to support comprehensive analysis.
  • Utilize tools like SQL and Power BI for analytical solutions development.
  • Develop and maintain analytics tools and reports for effective decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Insights:
  • Collaborate across departments to develop analytical solutions.
  • Derive insights from analysis results and communicate them effectively.
  • Supervise staff managing Power BI reports and provide expert guidance.
  • Governance and Literacy:
  • Ensure governance and accuracy of analytical solutions.
  • Enhance data literacy across departments for informed decision-making.
  • Team Management and Development:
  • Lead and develop the data team, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
  • Training, Enablement, and Project Leadership:
  • Oversee comprehensive user training and enablement programs.
  • Lead data aspects of major projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in managing large datasets and developing analytical solutions.
