Responsibilities:
YOU WILL PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE WITHIN THE P&C TEAM AND WILL:
- Optimise and improve existing report and dashboards
- Develop new reports and dashboards leveraging data from all P&C systems
- Support the HR team with data insights and analytics, through regular reporting
- Utilise metrics and analytics to make data-driven recommendations
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Experience working in a systems/analyst position within a P&C team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using P&C systems is beneficial, however training will be provided
- Demonstrated success in working in creative and iterative ways to incorporate feedback into metrics and dashboards
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneousl
