WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a details-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in our Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have experience, knowledge and passion for the implementation of solid and factual reporting using our data suites and merge this with a tenacity to analyse and suggest solutions to our operational team.
We want someone who is confident in extracting data, providing thorough analysis and slide decks and able to tell the story confidently!
As a data analyst, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence within the department. Your expertise in deep statistical analysis will be instrumental in identifying and solving problems, offering predictive insights, and providing early warnings. Additionally, you will optimise the customer experience, the foundations of workforce and operational plans.

Responsibilities:

· Tabulate service operation report, objectively & truthfully present operation results.
· Revise Customer Support Centre desired objectives, establish corresponding data indices and models to monitor
· Maintain and analyse key data sources to provide suggestions and proposals on Customer Support Centre operation and project development
· Propose better solutions on each team’s effective analysis and reports.
· Give leads on automation project to lessen workload of reports and data consolidation from operational managers
· Engage with all managers and data users both in person and online across all departments
· Build trusting and fulfilling relationships with people to ensure trust in the products given from the Data Analyst team
