Williams Consulting, LLC (WCLLC) is searching for a Data Analyst with federal government contracting experience to join our growing team onsite at our Catonsville, Maryland office. Core business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

DESCRIPTION
Williams Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Data Analyst to support a federal program. This role involves analyzing and manipulating data from various datasets, developing reports, and supporting the application submission process for a new healthcare model under the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand, analyze, and manipulate datasets.
- Compile and validate data.
- Produce stakeholder scans and synthesis reports.
- Provide written summary reports of data analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, health informatics, math, statistics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a data analyst or related field including analyzing, manipulating, and reporting healthcare data, with data visualization skills.
- Experience in federal contracting is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, prioritization, and quality of work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with multiple data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and a positive work ethic in all situations.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance; background investigation required.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. Normal office-related physical activities such as standing, sitting, and squatting are required. Must be able to sit and read computer screens for extended periods.
