Description:
World Vision Australia is seeking a data driven and team focused Data Analyst to join our Analytics Insights & MarTech Team at Burwood East, VIC. Your role will be responsible for the development and deployment of data-driven solutions for the business. This will include working with different stakeholders to identify and formulate business requirements, analysing data and providing insights that will drive change for WVA. The day to day will involve but not be limited to creating dashboards, data assets, data systems configurations, data models and campaign data.

Responsibilities:
- Providing clear, accurate and reliable analytical insight into our supporters, their giving behaviour, and other attitudinal data to drive continuous improvement within marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the current analytics processes to modify and improve solutions. This will help to drive more sophisticated marketing efforts, which in turn will increase revenue, improve retention, and drive impactful communications to our supporters.
- Your daily responsibilities will involve developing, operationalising, and optimising data-driven solutions which involve analytics, modelling, personalisation, and segmentation to enable marketing initiatives through data and technology.
- Identify additional opportunities to optimise supporter data through segmentation, supporter journey mapping and test and learn initiatives.
