Our Contact Center is the frontline, engaging with a global customer base and handling tens of thousands of inquiries monthly, driven by a commitment to excellence as reflected in our Net Promoter Score—a key indicator of customer satisfaction and a cornerstone of our Total Customer Experience strategy. The Data Recovery Service team is dedicated to retrieving valuable data for customers around the world, providing peace of mind and essential service in times of need. Meanwhile, our Analytics/Business Intelligence unit empowers both internal and external stakeholders with critical data insights, supporting a wide array of business operations. Together, these teams form the backbone of Seagate’s customer-centric approach, ensuring quality and service remain at the forefront of our mission

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • People management skills
  • Alteryx: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Alteryx for complex data processing, automation, and analysis. Candidate should have experience in building and optimizing workflows, handling large datasets, and integrating Alteryx with other tools.
  • Tableau: Strong ability in creating interactive reports and dashboards in Tableau. Applicant should be adept at data visualization and possess the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for actionable insights. Jedi skills are greatly advantageous.
  • BusinessObjects: Solid experience with SAP BusinessObjects, creating complex reports, and administering BOBJ schedules.
  • SQL: Extensive knowledge of SQL with the ability to write, optimize, and debug complex queries. Experience with various database management systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Data Preparation: Proven experience in data cleansing, transformation, and preparation techniques. Candidate should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of how data preparation affects data quality and analytical outcomes.
  • AI/ML, LLM, and GPT: Familiarity with advanced natural language processing tools like agents and Custom GPTs. Candidates with experience in leveraging these models for data analysis, customer interaction, or other business applications will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to develop and maintain reporting tools, Business Intelligence dashboards, data generators, and information portals to support various business functions within the organization.
  • Plan, manage, and control the activities of data analysts who provides various data reporting tools.
  • Advise business functions by providing technical and strategic reports that identify and address issues and opportunities.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to employees.
