Ad Astra Inc. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and reporting techniques to extract insights, automate processes, and drive informed decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, AI engineering, and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
• Develop and implement AI algorithms and models to automate tasks, predict outcomes, and optimize processes.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with organizational teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data management.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and AI solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, AI modeling, and reporting using tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Proficient in programming languages and tools commonly used in AI and data analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data engineering practices, data warehousing, and ETL processes is a plus.
• Certifications in AI, data analytics, or related fields are desirable.
