We’re working with a leading healthcare organisation that is seeking a skilled and experienced Data & Analytics Lead to join their team. This role is a pivotal hands-on role in providing strategic direction and expertise in the areas of data stewardship, integration, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data stewardship, data governance, and data management best practices.
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., ETL, data warehouses, data lakes).
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
